Kudzu Removal Specialists

Specialist assessment, control and removal of invasive kudzu for residential, commercial and development sites.

Kudzu is a fast growing invasive vine capable of spreading across gardens, vacant land, trees, fences and structures. Left unmanaged, its dense growth can smother surrounding vegetation and make affected land increasingly difficult to access and maintain.

Why Invasive Kudzu Keeps Spreading

Kudzu spreads rapidly through long trailing vines that root wherever their nodes touch the soil. Each rooted node can form a new crown and continue growing independently. Cutting back visible vines does not remove the established crowns and roots, so untreated kudzu can quickly return and spread again.

Rooted Nodes and Crowns

Trailing vines root at multiple points, creating new crowns that allow the infestation to expand across the surrounding land.

Rapid New Growth

New vines emerge from established crowns and spread rapidly across lawns, fences, shrubs and trees during the growing season.

Spread Across Property Boundaries

Long kudzu vines can grow across fences and property lines, rooting wherever their nodes touch the soil and spreading into neighboring land.

Impact on Property and Vegetation

Dense kudzu growth can overwhelm landscaping, smother trees and shrubs, cover fences and outbuildings, and obstruct access.

The vines may also conceal defects and place additional weight on lightweight structures, making early control important.
